Do your cartridges work as well as name brands?
Yes. Some of our cartridges are refilled with premium ink and toner that is matched to each specific cartridge series. And some others are new cartridges that are simply generic brands. Doing this since 2004 taught us where to get the best cartridge for each application. “You won’t be able to tell the difference in the quality of your prints – just the price of the cartridge.”
Why should I get a cartridge from Community Cartridge instead of somewhere else?
Not every vendor can do a great job on all cartridges. Some are good at one cartridge, but not so good at another. Refills work great on THIS cartridge, but not so good on THAT one. Bargain brands don’t work at all or are cumbersome to replace if defective. Will they print as many pages as they claim? At Community Cartridge we take the guesswork out of the equation for you. Do you offer any guarantee?
Yes. Every cartridge we sell comes with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Even on rare occasions if a cartridge fails in your printer, we will fix it, replace it, or refund it – whatever it takes to make it right.
How are you helping the environment?
By refilling and remanufacturing ink and toner cartridges, we are helping keep industrial grade waste from sitting in our landfills for hundreds of years.
What if I don’t have an empty cartridge or I’m not sure which cartridge I need?
You don’t need an empty cartridge to buy a refilled one. Some of our cartridges are even brand new … just not made by the printer manufacturers. If you don’t know which cartridge you need, just tell us the printer make and model you have and we’ll be happy to look it up for you.
How long does it take to get a cartridge from you?
We have no stock. We act as your agent and order from the vendors we trust with the favorable pricing. Shipping to you is typically next or second day.
Will buying and using your cartridges void my printer warranty?
While the printer manufacturers would like you to believe that, the truthful answer is “No”. Our cartridges do NOT void printer warranties. This is mandated by the Magnuson-Moss Act of 1975 that protects consumers from unfair treatment under product warranties.
Is this legal?
Yes! Our cartridges are refilled and remanufactured using components that do not violate patents.
